I'm not receiving any
Job Alert Emails?
If you are not receiving any alerts then make sure
that your Alert Subscription says Activated. If it says De-Activated
- simply click the button to re-activate.
I'm receiving details
of jobs which are located in another country.
If you want to be more specific in your desired location
of jobs make sure that the "Send me Jobs from ALL Countries"
checkbox is not ticked. To receive jobs from only a particular state
or province of a country then make sure that you choose this from
the second location menu.
Note: Remember to click "Save Changes" to store your new
preferences.

and don't wish to receive alerts at this time.
To de-activate the email service simply login then
click the "De-Activate" button. To re-activate - click
the Re-Activate" button. It's as simple as that!

daily, making our service one of the most effective available for
the Museum HR professional. Thousands of unique visitors per day
browse through the adverts.
Can I get specific statistics about who has
looked at the advert?
We record the number of times the full details of your
advert are Viewed. We also offer a valuable statistic which we haven't
seen on any other recruitment site - we record how many times your
advert is printed (a clear sign of special interest) and also how
many people have used our email job details to a friend facility.
As an Employer you can log in at any time to see the statistics
for any jobs you currently have posted on the system. All of these
facilities (and more) are available from your "Employer
Home Page"
How long will my Advertisement stay on the
site?
Every advertisement has a standard duration of 40 days.
After this time it will expire automatically. However, for the duration
of the advertisement, the Employer can at any time deactivate an
advert. If for whatever reason a Job Advert needs to be re-activated,
this also can be done. You can also choose for your Advert to automatically
de-activate on the specified Closing Date for applications.

What payment methods are available?
We take a wide range of credit/debit cards. Also payment
by check is welcome. To ensure privacy, all card orders will be
accepted using SSL encryption. For extra security, all card details
are deleted from our server immediately after transaction.
What about Invoices, Receipts, etc?
This website automatically generates documents which
can be printed out at any time by an Employer. As soon as an Advertisement
has been posted, an Invoice will be available for printing. As soon
as payment is transacted either by credit/debit card or check/cheque
by post then the Invoice will be marked as "Fully Paid".
Current and archived invoices are always available
by Logging In and clicking on "Show Invoices"
To help your administration, you will be emailed confirmation
whenever you place a new Advertisement. |
