Parliament’s Education Service works on behalf of both Houses of Parliament to provide experiences, resources and support for students and teachers to increase their knowledge and understanding of the current role, work and history of Parliament.

Working hard to increase the capacity on our ‘Visit to Parliament’ programme, we currently reach around 50, 000 young people each year and have ambitious plans to increase this over the next few years.

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly-motivated learning facilitators to help provide visitors with a world-class learning experience.

If you share our vision to inform and engage young people with the work of Parliament, politics and democracy and thrive on working directly with young people this could be the role for you.
Required Skills:
You will have excellent presentation skills and experience of delivering high quality, engaging and inspiring learning sessions to young people in a museum, gallery, heritage or visitor attraction, youth organization or school.

We are particularly popular with students during GCSE and A-level study and experience of working creatively with this age group would be desirable, although we also offer visits for groups from Key Stage 2 upwards; any experience of working with young people will be considered.
