Historic Environment Scotland (HES) is the lead body for Scotland’s historic environment; a charity dedicated to the advancement of heritage, culture, education and environmental protection. As well as researching, investigating and recording architectural and archaeological sites and landscapes across Scotland, we care for over 300 properties of national importance.

An opportunity has arisen for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills to join the Learning Team as Learning Assistant at Stirling Castle. This role will be to support the day-to-day operations of the learning programme at Stirling Castle. It will be a customer-facing role and involve a range of duties. There will be a particular emphasis on coordinating and supporting visits by school groups, both self-led groups and groups taking part in facilitated sessions.
