2 years fixed term contract (with the possibility of extension)
Working from home with some attendance at Leeds office

We are looking for someone to ensure the delivery of the maintenance programme for over 100 historic churches in the north of England.
Required Skills:
Working alongside the conservation projects manager, you will be the main point of contact for all maintenance related issues, liaising closely with contractors and volunteers and developing volunteer training programmes in church maintenance reporting and conservation cleaning.

You will have at least one year experience in the field of historic buildings or specialist knowledge of conservation. You will be an effective negotiator, be able to plan and deliver your own workload and also work well as part of a team.
