Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the further success of our attraction in the role of Duty Manger – Retail & Operations. We are looking for a commercially minded and creative individual with a commitment to delivering excellence and passion in team management and guest service.

What you will do for us

We are passionate about our attraction and are looking for the right person to help us drive our business forward in a competitive marketplace.

Supporting the General Manager in the management of an award-winning team, you will bring out the best your team through following dedicated management processes, identifying training needs and delivering on-site training where appropriate.

With a commercial, organised and efficient working method you will approach the role with energy and enthusiasm, managing the retail offer and motivating the team to achieve high standards in upselling and guest service.
Required Skills:
Why you are perfect for this role

Your career background will be in the Leisure/Tourism or Retail industry with at least 1 years’ previous line management and duty management experience. You are looking for a role that allows you to lead a team and bring out the best in their abilities. Creatively you love that we have a great events programme and can’t wait to help develop and shape our product! You also love responsibility and want a role that allows you to manage a budget and take responsibility for the retail offer. Day to day you will ensure all our health & safety / financial procedures are followed and take pride in ensuring accuracy and compliance.
