Job Description:
Re-opened last year after a £23.75 million transformation, the Museum’s mission is to tell the story of Our Army and the people who have served in it; to inspire, engage and educate, though our World Class Museum and Collections. Through our five thematic galleries and our innovative exhibition and events programme, the public can explore what it’s like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts – past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.

Exhibitions Manager
£42,456pa (plus benefits)
Permanent Appointment, Based in London

We are seeking to appoint an Exhibitions Manager who will lead on the co-ordination, implementation and management of the Museum’s exhibitions programme to include the timetabling, planning, co-ordination and delivery of the Museum’s permanent and temporary exhibition programme, travelling and outreach exhibitions, and exhibitions and displays held off-site, ensuring all exhibitions are planned and delivered efficiently on time and to budget while supporting the ambition of the Museum’s mission. The post holder will also work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, managing the design of internal and external 2D material in accordance with NAM house style and branding.
Required Skills:
Proven experience of planning, leading and delivering quality and inclusive internal and off-site exhibitions and displays within agreed parameters, and working with County/Regional Military Museums are both essential.
