Job Description:
Re-opened last year after a £23.75 million transformation, the Museum’s mission is to tell the story of Our Army and the people who have served in it; to inspire, engage and educate, though our World Class Museum and Collections. Through our five thematic galleries and our innovative exhibition and events programme, the public can explore what it’s like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts – past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.

Head of Learning & Public Programmes
£42,456pa (plus benefits)
Permanent Appointment, Based in London

We are looking for a Head of Learning and Public Programmes to join our team and build on the Museum’s strong learning and public programmes through our world-class collections, exhibitions and events. The successful candidate will lead both the learning and public programmes teams to deliver the Museum’s vision, telling the story of Our Army.
Required Skills:
Demonstrable experience of developing both formal and informal learning and events activity and leading a team in a Museum environment is essential. Educated to degree level (or equivalent) and a relevant postgraduate qualification, or equivalent experience, is desirable.
