The Postal Museum opened a new heritage attraction in Central London, with two experiences in one. Alongside the story of British social and communications history, we offer a subterranean ride on the old Post Office Underground Railway – Mail Rail.

As part of the Box Office team at The Postal Museum you will fulfil an important role working in the ticketing and communications hub acting as the first point of contact for all our visitors. As a team, Box Office will be responsible for the input of all bookings, maximising ticket revenue, responding to customer queries and feedback all whilst delivering a first-class service to internal and external stakeholders.

As Box Office Host you will be the first point of contact for all bookings through a variety of channels including, but not limited to, phone, email, letter and social media.

Two different contracts are available, 14 hours and 28 hours per week. Please indicate your preference.
