Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised Philanthropy Manager to lead on the planning, execution and delivery of our fundraising strategy.

You will actively manage a pool of individual donors to cultivate, steward and solicit donations for exhibitions, education, live and digital programmes.

The Serpentine inspires the widest audiences with the ideas of our time by championing the possibilities of art, architecture and design. Required Skills:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in:

Income generation within charitable giving from individuals, private client services or sales in contemporary arts gallery.
Strategic development and devising and implementing plans for income generation campaigns.
Donor management or experience of annual giving schemes.
