Job Description:
Re-opened after a £23.75 million transformation, the Museum’s mission is to tell the story of Our Army and the people who have served in it; to inspire, engage and educate, though our World Class Museum and Collections. Through our five thematic galleries and our innovative exhibition and events programme, the public can explore what it’s like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts – past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.

Part-Time Museum and Exhibition Designer
£29,412pa (pro-rata) (Plus Benefits)


We are seeking to appoint a Part-Time Museum and Exhibition Designer, who will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the Museum’s temporary exhibition programme, and assisting with the refresh and development of NAM’s permanent displays. One of the key responsibilities will be to work closely with the Lead Graphic Designer to ensure that 2D and 3D design complement each other and form a vital part of the interpretive approach. The role will also work with the Full-Time Museum and Exhibitions Designer to support, refresh and redevelop NAM’s permanent exhibitions.
