Job Description:
It's inspiring the team who present magnificence every day.

Our outstanding Visitor Services team help hundreds of thousands of visitors, from around the world, to enjoy magnificent buildings and works of art at The Queen's Gallery, The Royal Mews, and when Buckingham Palace opens its doors in August and September.

Helping to lead the front line team, you'll make sure they are ready to meet the day's demands, offering a warm welcome to every visitor who comes through the door. Every day, you'll engage them in briefings, co-ordinate roles and be the first port of call for any queries.

You'll train, motivate and guide your team, monitor their progress and support ongoing personal development, inspiring them to deliver their very best. You'll also oversee the day-to-day operations at our various sites, including visitor route access, security and presentation, as well as helping to organise special events and tours.

Along with an organised approach, and excellent IT skills, you'll be able to manage and adapt to a varied workload, both in the office and on the visitor route.

Above all, you know what it takes to create the kind of customer experience that leaves a lasting and positive impression.

This is your opportunity to develop your managerial skills and help to deliver the exceptional.
