Visitor Welcome and Retail Sales Assistant
(Part Time), 24hrs per week, 4/7 - Permanent Appointment, London based - London Living Wage


We are seeking a Visitor Welcome and Retail Sales Assistant to join our passionate and dedicated team. This is a key role in ensuring that the Museum delivers world class, welcoming and engaging service at our welcome desk and family focussed early years soft play space. You will also drive sales by using exceptional selling skills in our shop and in helping the Museum achieve its sales targets across a breadth of commercial activities.

The successful candidates will have retail and or customer service experience, be a team player, enjoy interacting with visitors, have a positive outlook and possess an understanding of how to apply selling skills to drive sales and key performance indicators.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 15th May 2024.
