Birthday Party and Play Base Coordinator £25,388pa (pro-rata) plus benefits
(One-Year Fixed-Term Appointment (working 4 days out of 7, including weekends) London Based)


We are seeking a Birthday Party and Play Base Coordinator to join our passionate and dedicated team. This is a key role in ensuring that our popular birthday party packages are delivered from conception to conclusion, to world class standards and sales targets and key performance indicators are achieved. You will be responsible for coordinating the successful lead up to the party and on the day delivery. You will also be responsible for operational coordination and maximising income through Play Base (early years facility) and our external classroom hire, to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in an events, customer/ visitor experience background, be able to confidently lead on children’s birthday parties with high level clients, enjoy working with children and families, be a team player, enjoy interacting with visitors, have a positive outlook and possess an understanding of how to apply selling skills to drive sales and conversion. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, who is able to confidently communicate with a diverse range of visitors, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience to maximise income. Enthusiastic, personable and motivated, our ideal candidate will thrive in bringing an event together and enjoy growing income and reputation.
