Job Description:
We are recruiting a Caretaker to maintain the highest of standards of security and cleanliness within the House, ensuring that the objectives of the Howard family and Castle Howard, with its associated departments are met. Key deliverables will include delivering the Estate’s security strategy by being accountable for robust procedures for house acess and security protocols for a number of stakeholders. The successful candidate will also complete relevant checks as instructed by the Head Caretaker, which will involve monitoring the fire and security alarms all-year-round.
Required Skills:
Applicants must be first aid trained and have caretaking experience; previous experience in a similar heritage envinronment would be advantageous but not essential.
