Events Assistant – Venue Hire - £25,388pa (Plus Benefits)
(Part-time 30 hours, Permanent Appointment - London based)


We are seeking an Events Assistant to join our passionate and dedicated team. This is a role in which you will be the initial point of contact for all corporate and Army event hire enquiries. The successful candidate will manage and co-ordinate event hire enquiries and use exceptional communication skills; to engage clients, ensuring that our reputation is maintained, whilst generating income opportunities.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience in an events, hospitality or customer facing operation, be highly organised, able to multi-task, be a team player, enjoy interacting with clients, have a positive outlook and will be a hands-on support in the planning, co-ordination and set up of events. Enthusiastic, personable and motivated, the successful candidate will be keen to step up, able to confidently take on responsibility and relish the opportunity to make a positive contribution and further develop their skills and knowledge.
