Job Description |

The National Army Museum’s mission is to tell the story of Our Army and the people who have served in it; to inspire, engage and educate, though our World Class Museum and Collections. Through our five permanent galleries, our temporary exhibition spaces and our innovative events programme, the public can explore what it’s like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts – past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.
Visitor Experience Assistants London Living Wage
Part-time, permanent position - 2 days a week working weekends only
To work as part of the Visitor Experience (VE) and Operations Team to deliver a welcoming, engaging and memorable visit to all of our visitors. Your role will be integral to telling the story of Our Army through our collections within the galleries and the delivery and continued development of our world-class visitor experience.
We are looking for people who are customer-focused, pro-active in engaging with our visitors, confident talking knowledgably and passionately about our collection and ensuring our visitors have an enjoyable, safe and secure visit. There is also a requirement to act as the initial point of contact for general and telephone enquiries on a rota basis.
The closing date for all applications is Wednesday 8th June 2022 at 12pm
