  Job Description
We are currently looking for a Property and Estates Manager to join the Brooklands Museum team as we build on our success as a thriving and vibrant visitor attraction.

This is a new role, created to take the strategic lead on the long-term care and preservation of our iconic site, reporting to our Head of Operations & Visitor Experience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of how our 32-acre estate is managed and cared for. You will provide specialist knowledge and experience that will be vital to develop and deliver multi-year rolling programmes of planned maintenance for our historic buildings and structures. This work will play an important part in developing the Museum’s masterplan and the role will have an integral part in informing and delivering future capital projects on site. These projects must support our long-term goal of becoming a more sustainable organisation that improves our wider environmental impact in a positive way.
  Required Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience working in a range of facilities or building management contexts, providing excellent service. You must have an ability to multi-task and react to issues and when they arise with a track record in delivering improvement projects within operational environments that limit impact on day-to-day business.
