For centuries, Windsor Castle has opened its doors to welcome thousands of visitors from around the World. By joining our exceptional Visitor Services team, you will play a pivotal role in creating an extraordinary experience.

As a Warden, you'll welcome visitors from around the world, answering their questions, enriching their visit, and ensuring the safety and security of the site. After full training you’ll have the skills, you need to excel in your position and to enjoy an extraordinary summer experience.

Warmly welcome visitors and provide them with information about our sites.
Provide exceptional customer service, always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
Ensure the safety and security of the visitors and the site.
Carry out a variety of duties along the visitor route, as well as working in the magnificent State Rooms.
Work collaboratively as a team to ensure the smooth flow of visitors along the route.
  Required Skills / Qualifications

Additional Information:

Contracts and Hours: 24 June until 30 September 2024. You are guaranteed to work a minimum of 425 hours for the duration of the contract. You will typically work 30 - 35 hours per week and be rostered to work 5 days, Thursday through to Monday, with your rest days being Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
