  Job Description
The Diocese of London seeks tenders from Activity Plan Consultants to develop a comprehensive Activity Plan for a £4million National Lottery Heritage Fund project; refining potential audiences and working with community stakeholders to develop heritage engagement activities and skills training. The project will restore a Grade II* listed closed church in a central London Conservation Area, removing it from the Heritage At Risk Register and returning it to community use.

The Activity Plan Consultant contract will run from May 2024 to April 2025, when the Activity Plan will be submitted as part of the Round 2 application. The total contract award value is £18,750.
  Required Skills / Qualifications
● Review and refine descriptors of core and potential audiences having undertaken a full assessment of potential and need, including consultation with key stakeholders and gatekeepers.
● Work with the Storyteller / Volunteer Coordinator to ensure the work involves the target audiences, creates content for the interpretation scheme, and weaves into future heritage engagement activities.
● Develop a comprehensive Activity Plan building on the Outline Activity Plan with three core sections detailing what the LDF currently undertakes, the proposed heritage engagement activities, and a detailed Action Plan.
● Working with the Evaluation Consultant to undertake front-end evaluation to test proposed activities.
● Work with the Evaluation Consultant to ensure baseline data has been collected and the evaluation framework is appropriate for evaluating heritage engagement plans, including volunteering.
● Present and attend the Mid Development Phase review with the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
● Attend quarterly meetings with the National Lottery Heritage Fund (as required).
● Attend monthly Project Team Meetings at the LDF offices.
● Support the Project Manager by contributing relevant sections to the Progress Report to the NLHF and LDF
● Support the development of the Round 2 Application form inputting relevant information from the Activity Plan as appropriate.
● Take part in the Evaluation of the Development Phase.
