  Job Description
The National Army Museum’s mission is to tell the story of Our Army and the people who have served in it; to inspire, engage and educate, though our World Class Museum and Collections. Through our galleries and innovative exhibitions and public programme, the public can explore what it’s like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts – past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.

Facilities Officer - £31,550pa

The post-holder, as part of the Facilities Team will assist in delivering both hard and soft facilities management functions across the National Army Museum estate. The post-holder will have some experience in general construction and maintenance and will be integral in delivering the building, mechanical and electrical planned maintenance programme. The post-holder will act as the focal point for the day-to-day management of all health & safety, facilities related and security aspects of the Museum’s operations.

Interviews for the Facilities Officer post will be held at the National Army Museum on 02 July 2024.

Reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses is available for all candidates attending an interview.
