  Job Description
This project focuses on consolidating decades of heritage science research on Sir Joshua Reynolds, one of Britain’s most influential 18th-century painters. With data scattered across institutions and formats, this project will centralise and standardise it into an accessible digital resource using the open-source ResearchSpace platform.

As Project Specialist, you will:

• Collaborate with an experienced team of scientists, curators, and data specialists from leading institutions.
• Design user scenarios and workflows to meet the needs of researchers, conservators, and heritage professionals.
• Develop and implement standardised templates for data documentation, ensuring compliance with FAIR data principles.
• Gather, prepare existing data, working closely with project partners.
• Coordinate with developers to test, configure, and optimise the digital platform.
• Lead community engagement efforts by organising workshops, webinars, and outreach activities.
• Document workflows, methodologies, and best practices to create a reusable framework for future digital resources.
  Required Skills / Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with:

• An understanding of heritage science data and its applications, ideally with proven experience in organising and managing complex datasets.
• Familiarity with digital heritage platforms and tools and a solid understanding of the FAIR data principles and linked data.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a passion for collaboration and community building.
• Experience designing and delivering workshops or training is desirable.
