  Job Description
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering an engaging, inclusive visitor experience by leading the development, care, presentation and interpretation of Weston Park’s collections and wider Estate.

You will inspire and lead the curatorial and learning team in the development of creative and innovative ideas to support the charity’s income and deliver the Foundation’s objectives to educate, preserve and enhance the cultural and heritage assets.

Working closely with the CEO & Board of Trustees you will help shape strategic initiatives that raise the profile of the house, collections and wider estate. Your work will focus on expanding access for both existing and new, diverse audiences, while building a commercially sustainable, culturally rich programme.

This role combines curatorial leadership with strategic oversight of both formal and informal learning. You will ensure that exhibitions, events, and educational resources are imaginative, inclusive, and accessible. In collaboration with educational partners and the in-house team, you will design and deliver learning initiatives that deepen public engagement with the history and heritage of Weston Park.
