Salary - £40,750- £56,690 – this is a career grade and starting salary will be set according to experience and ability; salary is inclusive of London weighting.

We are seeking a Business Manager (Culture) to play a pivotal role in delivering ambitious new plans to develop the City as a world-leading destination for all, with a holistic business-leisure offer that takes its full place on the global stage.

You will be an exceptional individual able to ensure the efficient and effective performance of all parts of our new Destination Team. As such, you will enable our destination services to run at optimum levels, assuming administrative oversight, business planning, financial, facilities, procurement and contract management, and compliance and accreditation responsibilities. In addition, you will ensure appropriate governance and controls across the Destination remit to enable successful events, funding applications and internal bids for finance, as well as remodel business areas to maximise their commercial potential against set targets.
