  Required Skills / Qualifications
As part of our Redevelopment Project, we require a full inventory audit of our collection to be undertaken prior to development works commencing.

You will have a vital role in enhancing the documentation and accessibility of the Museum’s rich and varied collections by undertaking a full independent inventory of the Museum’s collections in preparation for the collections being removed to an offsite location for a temporary period. The Inventory will also be used as a basis to inform the future redisplay of collections in the Museum and will assist with rationalisation of the collection. You will have a commitment to excellence and will ensure quality control of information throughout this project, in compliance with the Accreditation Standard for Museums and SPECTRUM standards.

You will work alongside our dedicated volunteer workforce, liaising in the first instance with the Collections Management Group, as well as with the Redevelopment Project Team and the Moray Society Board. Our dedicated volunteer Project Team and the Moray Society Board will provide a supportive environment committed to employee success.
